Personal contact card gets deleted automatically (and repeatedly)

Hi all

Since a week or so I have a strange problem. My contact cards automatically deletes itself. I can restore the contacts via icloud.com, but after a day or so it's gone again. (To clarify - the whole card is deleted, it's not only that it is no longer marked as my card.)

I have the 12.4 public beta on iOS, and 10.14.5 on macOS.

I would greatly appreciate suggestions what to do about this!
