Personal Finance type software?

OK, so I got QFL downloaded and am beginning to go through the features. But I'm not having much luck getting my data downloaded from BofA. Do I need to call the bank to have them authorize this? I'm having trouble understanding the term "Customer ID"...wondering if it refers to my account number or a SS number, etc. Has anyone else solved this issue?

In order to have QFL automaticly download your data you have to pay a monthly fee that is something like $10. Your other option is to manually download the information.
