iPhone Personal hotspot doesn't work unless I respring

Is this normal? After one tethering session my hotspot won't be found andI have to do a respring. Anybody else have this problem with Tetherme?
 
I thought they fixed that a while ago.
You got the a legit license for tetherme and latest version installed?
