Personal Hotspot failure

Does anyone else get this error code on their iPad trying to connect to their iPhone 5S? (both running iOS 8 GM).

It detects the hotspot and shows the 3G status of the phone on the iPads wifi menu.

Handoff is switched on on both devices.
