iPhone Personal Hotspot Still Missing?

Since iOS 12 Beta 1 my Personal Hotspot option was removed from my device (which it said it might be on some devices) but in Beta 2 release notes it says this has been fixed but still my settings are missing. Is this an issue for anyone else?

Might try another sim card and reboot to see if that fixes it for me. If not I’ll factory reset

Mine totally disappeared when iOS 12 was installed never mind it not working lol. Will test with another network SIM card and if that doesn’t work I’ll def factory reset

Brillant, good work. For testing purposes I only use an iPad, so can't comment on it further. My iPhone stays stable

Macbook doesn't see it in wi-fi menu to run remote activation of it, but works if activate manually on phone for me.

Remote Hotspot working intermittently via MacBook Pro, Personal Hotspot hasn't skipped a beat for me since release albeit activated manually.
