Personal Hotspot + Straight Talk

Does anyone have any experience getting an iPhone (6.0.1 not jailbroken) to make a personal hotspot with Straight Talk? I can do it no problem with my T-mobile SIM, over wifi, bluetooth and USB, and the option stays when I have my straight talk SIM in, but no connection is ever made. Thoughts?
 
It's blocked.
ST doesn't provide tethering with their plans.
Only with a jb you can install a hack to go around that.
