Has anyone else noticed perspective zooms seems to have disappeared in iOS 16?

From what I’ve seen it should be listed here but isn’t. Doesn’t show up for any wallpaper.

The parallax effect functionality was disabled by Apple for whatever reason.
Actually, it IS there, but only works in the Home Screen, not the Lock Screen. Any custom image you select you have to zoom in just a tad for it to work. Not only that, but it’s very stubble. Isn’t like previous versions where you can really see it.

It is there, but only for the home screen it will work, not the Lock Screen. It’s automatic as there isn’t any way to enable/disable manually like the depth effect.

When you select your image, pinch to zoom-in a bit and it will auto enable the perspective zoom.

Hello,

Unfortunately I'm unable to get it work.
Tried a slight zoom-in, a big one, not at all, not touching the default, pick some other photo... No luck

You have to restart your phone to get it to work, at least for me. So dumb.
Okay I did this and it worked. My god it is subtle though. Barely even noticeable!
