Phantom Notifications

figured it out i had push notification pop ups blocked and this one app doesnt show a badge when i get an alert so the sound was still going off but the message was being blocked
 
Weird but I had something come in two days ago, alerted both my phone and ipad but neither had anything on the screen after. No idea what it was.
