Just got my new MP today (thanks Amazon). It probably took less than 10 minutes; it was easier than changing a hard drive on a MacBook Pro.
Hopefully I won't find out tomorrow that I screwed the pooch. Whatever, thank you, thank you, thank you Phillipma1957. If you include tax savings, which I do, I saved approximately $1,100.00 ($2308.00 + $600.00 from Amazon, versus $3,700.00 + $370.00 tax from Apple). I spent some of the savings on SSDs (2 x Intel 520, 1 Revodrive), RAM - 24GB, software and a UPS.
