I just received an email with the subject "Welcome to iCLOUD" (Note "iCLOUD" not "iCloud").
It states that you need to upgrade to iCLOUD, and that your membership will end on July 31, 2012 (The correct date, I think). It takes you to a link asking for credit card information, posing as the Apple site. The actual URL isn't an Apple site, but I won't post it here.
Just thought I'd warn people, I'm guessing they're sending them to most @me.com addresses 🙂
