iPhone 17 Pro Phone app display bug?

After experiencing the snafu that many others did getting my new iPhone 17 Pro set up. I finally got it running, but now the phone app display makes it almost impossible to manually dial. The keypad is shifted down low, where the call button is hidden by the three buttons at the bottom. What gives?
