iPhone Phone app not responding after iOS 9 PB 3

Hi Guys,

Sorry for asking this question here as I have not explored much about this issue.

In my iPhone 4s after I upgraded to iOS 9 Public Beta 3 my 'Phone' app is not responsive and its making me difficult to dial/place/make calls and not able to see any of the contacts... any idea about this issue/tips/suggestions? ;-)
