iPhone 13 Pro Max phone audio sometime comes from top ear speaker only

sometime my iphone's all audios for ex. music, phone ringing, social media videos etc. all the sound comes from the top ear speaker only and then I have to switch it manually from the control bar to get the audio on my bottom main speaker. I don't understand why sound goes to the ear speaker only. i faced same issue with my 11 pro max and now its 13 pro max
