Phone Call Handoff

Is there a way to handoff a current call on an iOS 8 iPhone 6+ to a Mac running OS X Yosemite? I know when a call comes in I can pick up using my Mac, but I can't figure a way to pass over a current call.

No, I think once you're on the call, its going to stay on the device you picked it from.

That stinks, defeats the purpose of a complete handoff.

Actually, you can always transfer the call initiated on a Mac or iPad to your phone by tapping the green bar on the phone screen, but it does not work the other direction.
