Hi guys, for some reason, I'm getting the following error code when syncing my iPhone 12 with my MBP. I'm running the latest FW on both - "iPhone” cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (1148)." Initially, it said something about not being able to sync Apple Music songs. But I'm not syncing any Apple Music songs.

I've shut down and restarted both devices and no luck. I then tried syncing in Safe Mode. Again no luck.

What is going wrong? And how can I fix it please?
