I just downloaded it. Still figuring it out. Where do I find out if I have MLC or TLC for the flash memory type?

I think you do a test in Storage. Then it tells you the Read and Write speeds. Don't know which speeds represent what though.

I got 58 write and 328 read. From what I've Googled, my 64GB 6 Plus is an MLC. I got it shortly after launch, so that makes me ecstatic! :)

I've got a 6+ (from 2 weeks ago) --- showing 199MB/Sec Write and 394MB/sec read.

Edit:
How do you determine MLC vs TLC? --- https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1820173/ --- looks like the parent post explains this.

Based on that, it's TLC. I have it too. 64 or 128?

And fear not, this is really for curiosity purposes.

What build week is your phone? I'm wondering if apple still ships with TLC. Probably.

I typed in my serial and:

Group1: iPhone
Group2: 6 plus
Generation:
CPU speed: 1.4GHz
Screen size: 5.5 inch
Screen resolution: 1920x1080 pixels
Colour: Space Gray
Production year: 2014
Production week: 50 (December)
Model introduced: 2014
Capacity: 128GB
Memory - flavour: xx
Memory - maximum total: 1GB
Factory: FK (China, Zhengzhou - Foxconn)

Interesting, my 64GB 6 Plus' "Memory - maximum total" is 2GB...

And manufactured week 52 in F2 (China, Zhengzhou - Foxconn). Is this a bogus site that just stole my serial #?

I don't think so - my first iPhone was a 4s and I remember sites like this back then. Very interesting at the 2GB of ram. I believe iPhones only have 1GB of operating ram ---- maybe you got a special one? :) haha.

I wish I had 2gb ram but I get discoveryd, awdd, stacks, and latest crash error messages. Here's my screenshot.
