I think you do a test in Storage. Then it tells you the Read and Write speeds. Don't know which speeds represent what though.

I got 58 write and 328 read. From what I've Googled, my 64GB 6 Plus is an MLC. I got it shortly after launch, so that makes me ecstatic!

I got my 64GB 6 Plus a few weeks after launch... I'm getting 82 write and 361 read.

I don't think so - my first iPhone was a 4s and I remember sites like this back then. Very interesting at the 2GB of ram. I believe iPhones only have 1GB of operating ram ---- maybe you got a special one? haha.
