phone doesn't start

i'm trying to restore my iphone and when it goes for the half of the process stop and it appears error window, any help ??????

Have you tried using recovery mode?

Try another USB wire or another computer with the latest iTunes.
If it still will not restore then chances are it has a hardware issue that cannot be fixed or bypassed with software.
