Phone going bananas!

My iPhone 4S went from 97 % battery to 56 % in LESS then 45 minutes in idle. Didn't even touch it. WTF?!?!?! Updated from B3 OTA. Try a fresh install?

Also, my page dots are missimg on my homescreen...once again, WTF?!?!?!

clean install, hard reset or reset all settings is what i would do

my battery was acting crazy like that too. I just turned the phone off and on and it seemed to fix it
