Its to see how can i get back the iphone 4 icon by mistake my wife delete it. Im new on this of iphone ill apreciate any help.😕

Shake it real hard and hold the camera button down.
Seriously, you can't delete it, only move it around. Hold an icon till it jiggles and u can move them.
