Phone keypad during call question...

So all of a sudden my Sprint iPhone 5s, while I'm on my phone dialing my work number to check my voicemail, when i start to enter info on the keypad it is not registering. I have tested on ATT phone and it works. Will try a restore but wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts?? Thanks

I'm having the same problem on my iPhone 4.

Did you recently update your OS to iOS 7.1?

Updated when 7.1 first came out and was able to use the keypad it just started not recognizing (I mean you hear beeps while pressing numbers) but the strokes aren't registering within the last couple of days.

Full restore has solved the problem. For now. Closed.
