Phone not disabling touch ID after 5 presses on sleep/wake

I have a 7 running 11.0.2, and I just tested mine. The emergency screen came up just as it should.

Yes, but Touch ID is disabled either way, so you just have to enter your passcode.

I tested mine after the 11.0 update, so I could see how it felt and worked. I really appreciate the feature.

I turned it off then on and restarted my phone and got it to work.
