So it's been nearly 2 days and I cannot see my phone number inside iMsg / FT

The box that says "Start new conversations from" only shows up my Apple ID email and it gives me and error when trying to activate iMessage / FaceTime

I did everything the Apple Advisor said to me...even called my mobile service provider...why do you think is my number not showing up? I have my number set up correctly everywhere.

Anyone else with this issue?
 
I had that issue as well. My case was escalated all the way to engineering. They did some background fixes on Apple's end to make it work.

So what was wrong? your phone? bug in iOS? how did you made it work? THX
