Phone on ringer but didn't ring

It seems like All alerts are messed up. The SMS and now for first time my phone Vibrated but didn't play the ring tone. First time ever happened idk why.

it was on high, but honestly i think all the alerts are messed up on the phones since 3.0

I'm seeing this on my 3G after 3.0. Sporadic no ringing (but vibrate) on calls, texts, appointment alerts. Alarm clock works 100% though.

^ yea i have same thing at times! it sucks! never had it before, so it can't be my phone or hardware. its software.

My father had this same problem an he fixed it somehow. I'll make sure to ask once he gets home.
