iPhone 11 Pro Phone Sleeps too quickly

Is there any way to change this? When scrolling through notifications on the lock screen it sleeps very quickly.

You cannot change this setting.. If you had an older iPhone running 12.4 there are jailbreak tweaks that can be used but your on iOS13 so your SOL.
