Phone stops working around the 33% battery mark

Hey,

So I'm having an extremely annoying iPhone problem.

If my phone is locked and around the 33% battery mark it drops cellular connection.

When I take it out of my pocket I notice that there are 0 bars. 5 secs after i unlock the phone it goes back to full bars. Waiting 3-5 mins I start receiving a bunch voice-mails and the text messages in a row

It's extremely frustrating and it happens at least a handful of times a week. I've reset the phone, did a full reinstall and the such. Is there anyway to check for a hardware problem?
