Today, Phonesuit announced the new PhoneSuit Elite Battery Case for iPhone 5/5S.

I already placed my order just a minutes ago, i´ll post my review of this battery case in a few days.

What i like about this battery case against the mophie juice pack plus (which i already have) is that you dont need the "infamous" adapter to connect your eaphones..... and the design reminded me, a little bit, my glorious days, when i had the Nokia 3650 :p :p

I was going to get the Unu DX or the Mophie Juice Pack Air but this thing looks SWEET! Please give us a review once you get yours in. I've been looking for a case that I don't have to use a headphone adapter with and that is thin, but has a decent battery. This might fit the bill. I am curious to know about the build quality and how it fits on the 5s.

I wish it had button covers but this still looks nice. Curious to hear how it is!

Did you receive it yet?

Curious to know how well does the switch-less design work...

I am supposed to get a sample from them for review but still waiting for a reply from them. They told me they will be happy to send one.

Just got an update from them via email and he is going to send 1:)

Do they ask for any credentials?

You have a review site/blog?

Maybe I could request one on a promise to post a review on MacRumors :p

Has anyone received one of these yet? If so, can you post a review? I am curious to see how this stacks up against the Mophies.

How does it perform? Other than the issue that you found, how is the build quality? Thickness?

I am awaiting the real world results on this one. I had the mophie air for my 5s and the best I got was 83% after my phone completely died. Then I purchased the my charge that was supposed to be 110% extra and it did worse than the mophie air. Both were disappointing.

I am getting a replacement for the defect above and I will do a test on it.

Not to crap on this thread but I bought one from eBay that worked great for my 5 and works great for my 5S.

Not to mention that it comes in at 1/5th the price of this and has all of the same features (battery status light, very thin profile, e.g). Oh, and it has NO logos...I hate how companies plaster their brand all over.

And no, my phone hasn't exploded or electrocuted anyone.

Do you mind sharing a link. I am interested in taking a look.

Thanks!

My question is how does the quality compare to Mophie. I tried the Incipio and it was crap. I really like the idea of the charge and sync plus getting rid of that headphone extender.

Oh and BTW, use ps20thanks13 coupon for 20% off this week.

Both are made of plastic. All battery cases are made of plastic. I still think the uNu power DX is batter than phonesuits.

Got my case last Friday. This is one of the few battery cases that meets the Mophie line in build quality. Add in the fact you can charge, sync and do not need a headphone adapter and it is definitely worth a look. The cases seems to easily meet the Juice Pack Plus 120% battery charge too. My only gripe is the feel of the case in hand. The Mophie curved edges make it feel less bulky even though the dimensions of the Phonesuit is smaller and lighter overall. With the deals, I got mine for $87 shipped. Great case.
