Since 11.7.3 update 12,000 photos in iCloud only display 292. People folders with over 40 separate folders now show only 6 people. Photo album on iPhone is just fine. Only problem on MacBook. I already reset and repaired the library. Still broken. Probably a bug in OS update similar to missing safari icons which thank god has been fixed.
