I haven't used iTunes with my most recent iPhones or iPads at all. As some one else stated, there are other ways to do things.

We should not have to depend on "other ways to do things". There should be a delete button right there to take care of it. I refuse to become complacent to the strangle hold that iTune holds on their devices.

Then it sounds like an iPhone might not be the device for you...

Already been done (not that that feedback form plays that much of a role in anything most likely). That said, doesn't mean there isn't room to discuss it all with others who might be interested.

Then you should quote the person with the complaint, not me. :)

There's discussing it, and then there's repeating the same things to death. So people don't like the iTunes method of syncing photos. Yup, that's a pain, can't argue with that. Also too bad none of us here can change that, really.

The options? Complain to Apple. Done. Buy another device. Don't wanna do that? Okay, well, there are other apps you can use to manage photos. Don't wanna do that? Well then, we're pretty much at the end of the rope.

So now what? Should we just repeat the same things at each other? Call each other names? Yeah, that'll sure help, won't it?

Agreed!

I have not used iTunes on my iPhone 5, iPad 3, iPad Air, or my wife's iPad Mini. I have found other methods that work better for me. I cannot say that they will work best for everyone, I can only speak for my own experience.

Some people have had enough of discussions, others haven't (for example, there are others that this is all new to and they would like to discuss it, and/or others who might even want to vent a bit).

No name calling or other insinuations are happening in the discussions expect usually from those that don't care about those discussions but seem to jump into them nonetheless to essentially try to stomp all over them because they don't care about them and think that they should tell others shouldn't care about them. Because something like that would definitely help even more, right? :)

There are ways to simply say there's not much that could be done except for this and that and move on, if one desires to even say something about something they don't care about, and then there are things that are fairly clearly (occasionally directly, although often indirectly) beyond that, which is often the case in posts of that nature.

[MOD NOTE]
This thread seems to be off the rails at this point. Closing.
