Photo editing app

Im not sure if this is the right place for this but I'm looking for an app that I can use on my iPad/iPhone that will allow me to add captions on my photos. I would prefer not to do it on my MacBook.

I use Pixalmator on my iPhone to add any type of text, enhanced filters or any other customization.

Thanks. Sounds like a good one as it syncs with iCloud Drive and I can use it on my Mac. Downloading it now.
