I'm look ng for an affordable photo editor for the macbook pro, that is comparable with El Capitan OS. I need to be able to edit text on a photo, and do things like overlay the universal NO Sign over a picture, The circle with slash through it. Relatively simple things. Can anyone give some ideas of an affordable program, which will do both?
 
I use Pixelmator ($29.99) but there are others. Affinity Photo ($49.99) is also very popular although it costs more than Pixelmator.
