Quality is not a huge issue for me. I want fast upload times....

Imageshack is the easiest.

I always use imageshack. I got sick of having to have an account with photobucket, and the ubiquitous "bandwidth exceeded" problems with photobucket.

Another vote for Imageshack. Easy, dependable. Unless it gets dugg! Then, you'll get a "bandwith exceeded" in about 4 seconds.
