Photo Library not found

Can anyone help when I click to ion my photo’s I get this I was tidying up my photos in finder I can see my photos in iCloud .com ?

Start Photos while holding down Option + Command and you'll get the option to repair the library, see if that helps.

That could have been your mistake. You should always work from within Photos. Doing so from Finder can confuse/damage Phots.
