I enabled photo library on my iPhone 6 for the first time after upgrading to iOS 8.3, and I have about 200 photos to upload. It has stayed at 200 for the last two days. I have turned photo library off and on. I've tried a couple different wifi networks. It won't even upload.
My company does have iOS management software installed on my phone -- has anyone had any issues with photo library not working due to this? The one thing the management software disables is iCloud back up, but all other iCloud services have worked fine so far (except photo library).
