Like I said before, my monitor isnt calibrated so Im not sure how my photos look on other computers. Today i went to a computer store and saw my photos on a glossy screen iMac and all my photos looked overly saturated and dark...kinda ugly. Im hoping to get the spyder pro 3 soon so ill be able to calibrate soon and hopefully my photos will be a bit more enjoyable.

This one looks absolutely brilliant on the screen of my iMac.

Ok time for more tilt/shift heehee

These are looking straight at an object...its a little harder to capture the best effect, but sometimes it works fine...

Long time no post here. Some really impressive photos people are showing in here.:)

Nikon D40x
Nikkor 35-130

Ok, I like the tilt & shift photos. Never seen that before, but it looks like everything is made out of little scale models. Very cool.

Impressive. May I ask what lens you used? Camera?

My trusty 7 megapixel Panasomic Lumix point and shoot, which I bought at Costco for about $200. :)

I am probably one of the only people posting here who doesn't actually own a DSLR..:(:(

Edit: upon reviewing the camera, the lens says " 1:2.8-4.5/6.1-36.6 ASPH. 6X MEGA OPTICAL ZOOM!" on it.. Hope that helps

Even more impressive then.:) It's the photographer the one who makes the good photos, not the camera.;)

Thanks guys! That means alot to me.

I am saving up for a DSLR of my own, though working weekends at the local grocery store only pays so much.. ;)

lol i got mine as a graduation present heehee...my grandma is in to photography and as soon as i mentioned the love i have for it she bought my D50 for my graduation, and she gave it to me early!:p

Great pictures :)

I don't own a DSLR either, I use a Panasomic Lumix TZ3, I also have a FUJI S5500 which I'm going to start using to shoot RAW images with.

This is another taken on Beinn Eighe, Scotland. View looking toward Liathach to the left and Ben Alligan in the background.
