More blossom. Taken last week when spring was in the air. Today it's 50mph wind and heavy rain so I'd be surprised if there is any blossom left after this weekend.

Oak tree on the grounds of the Mumma (family) cemetery at the Antietam National Battlefield just outside of Sharpsburg, Maryland. The Battle of Antietam (or Battle of Sharpsburg as it is known in the South) during the US Civil War was the bloodiest day in United States history with a combined tally of nearly 23,000 dead, wounded, or missing.

Went through some older photos of a trip along Rt. 66 outside of Flagstaff, AZ 2 years ago.
Graffitied ruins of the Tintic Standard Reduction Mill in Goshen, Utah. The big round concrete tanks are leaching tanks.
