Flower of the giant Victoria boliviana water lily at the Waterlily House, Kew Royal Botanic Gardens, London. The flowers are large and fragrant, but only last for 48 hours. They start out white, then darken to pink for the second night they are open, before sinking beneath the surface of the water.

Thanks! I used the handheld high res mode on my E-M1 in conjunction with a slow shutter speed. I was also fortunate to get a “good cloud day.”
