If this were your picture, how would you improve it?

Your lightbox setup seems to be sufficient and does light the object well.

But your image looks like any other standard ebay image.
Problems: it's not sharp eneough and noisy.
If this was your intention, then: well done!

But i'd take another look and take that image again, sharp and noise free.

Why are you shooting at f22? Try shooting at f11 or something. And I assume you're using the kit lens? If you are don't shoot at the ends of your zoom. Zoom lenses perform their best in the middle of their ranges. Shoot somewhere at 30mm-35mm. And if you didn't already shoot at ISO 100 and use a tripod.

I love her expression and how you framed her face in the image.. great shot :)

The only thing I don't like is how 'unnatural' the hues look. I think that the effect you're aiming for is really good, but you should tone it down around her eyes and skin IMO.

Edit: Also, there's a VERY small silhouette-ish glow along her right cheek, which you should try to get rid of.

Mexico Highway 1 - Baja

Looking north along the southeastern Baja coast. This is a bit south of Loretto.

Not posted in forever. I've been super busy. But trying to get some time to go out and take some pics. Here is one from my kitchen, I was bored and it's been raining for 2 days.
