All the images i post are mine..! I set it up a few months ago..! :)

I didn't think otherwise! I meant was it something you observed, or a scene you set up with this picture in mind.
I've never understood why some people would try to pass photos off as their own though. What's the point?
Anyway I like it. I've not done any macro in a while, think I might break out my 60mm at the weekend.

This was shot with the Sony 30mm Macro on a Nex 6 body. I placed some honey in a table on my yard and i just waited for the ants to find it!

I truly don't understand why people steal other peoples photos. There is definitely something wrong with them.. :\

banff, colours were blown out by the sunrise so I went with b&w ...

Magnificent photos from r.harris1 (ahh, dinner approaches...), Fireman32 and as usual Phrasikleia. Liked your tree Applefanboy, here's another B&W attempt. Gasworks - works really well in B&W - gives it that cold and crisp feeling. Comments always welcome.

Port Authority bus on Forbes Ave, Pittsburgh. 10mm DX, f/11, 1 sec, 100 ISO. I'm going to try this style again on a busier road. Any advice for next time?

Yes, busier road... maybe with a bend in it... maybe looking down (from a bridge)... maybe a little later in the evening (but before it gets properly dark)?

Thanks. I think B&W is nearly always better for architecture.

I had hoped to get out in the snow this weekend, but it's all gone now. Hopefully we will get some more. In the meantime here is another from the other week.
Nothing special, just to old friends enjoying their walk.

I don't post images here often but I seem to err on the theme of butterflies when I do. Here's a snapshot from a quick winter wander around the Stratford-Upon-Avon Butterfly Farm. This cabinet had row upon row of pupae emerging. Quite beautiful. Reflections included from the glass, but I quite like them - I was, after all, peering in!
