In the afternoons after lunch, I find it necessary to take a walk outside the hospital and get a break from the hustle and bustle inside. Of course, mid-day is the absolute worst time to take any photos in terms of light, but they have some interesting species of flora in the courtyard so I took a few shots with my phone. Here is one of them:

Oh, I haven't had the luxury of a garden for years and I'm not up on my flowers, so these were interesting to me. Thank you for educating me on the flora here at the hospital. There are others that are REALLY unique to me that I will post later and perhaps you will know those as well. :)

This looks like “profusion zinnias,” based on my time working at a propagation nursery years ago. Looks like they managed to breed out some multicolored-petal varieties.

Been too busy to post anything for a bit. Got a couple of ok shots on Seven Sisters (East Sussex, UK) though a few weeks back before getting fed up in the descent to Eastbourne and getting an Uber to the pub with a friend. Pictured is Birling Gap.

Nikon Z50ii + 18-140mm zoom.
