If you took that last Friday night , and were pissed that the old guy with the tripod was in the way of you're getting the shot with the statue and dome aligned , you should have asked , I'd have moved.
Shot w/ 50 mm f/1.8 on a Canon T3i
Did you use a high ISO with this photo?
I really like this shot Joe. Great building, great lighting and great perspective. Of course...throwing Guinness into the mix never hurts. Very cool!

Taken with Canon 400D with 50mm f1.8. Summer is coming!
BTW can anyone explain how I link my images from Flickr? Every time I copy the link into the "add image" thing on the reply screen it just then shows the link and not the image - I expect I am doing something wrong, or do you have to have a pro account?
View your image on flickr. On the upper right hand side, click the "Share" button. Under "Grab the HTML/BBCode," select the bullet for BBCode, then copy and paste the text into your post.
Either go to post one of this thread or click the link in my sig - they are the same. Read the tutorial we developed for posting photos to this thread from Flickr and ImageShack. Most of the posters here follow the steps in this.View attachment 404987
