They are water spouts, draining rainwater from the roof. Sometimes a cannon mighty be more useful
Gold in Them Thar Hills
One of my favourites from the Cripple Creek series. Did the initial inversion and colour balance in Photoline and found it easier than other apps. Ended up switching to Affinity to clean up dust specks, and Preview for the final tweak.
1987 on Fujicolor 100 film. There was some slight silver retention, but neg was still easy to work from.
