X100t f8.0 250 ISO640 - The park has been closed due to a severe ice storm. However I ventured out on a whim, and found the side iron gate open; and I wandered in. Seeing the broken tree limbs scattered at the base of nearly every beautiful tree was challenging. New life for next season. On my list was this church sign I have driven by (above image) - it's Outrageous.

A summer capture of the T.A. Moulton Barn in Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming. Shot with an A7R II and ZEISS Batis 25 f/2. Just one exposure and some editing in post. I'm not very experienced with astrophotography.

According to Wiki:

The green heron (Butorides virescens) is a small heron of North and Central America. Butorides is from Middle English butor "bittern" and Ancient Greek -oides, "resembling", and virescens is Latinfor "greenish".[2]

Someone back in time must have had color vision issues when naming these birds. 😏
