On the day I took this long exposure, almost staring straight into the sun, I could only get shutter lengths of two minutes and eleven seconds, even with sixteen stops of ND filter applied! I need a twenty stopper!

I like the simplicity and serenity that this photo generates. It would be interesting to see what this picture would look like with the top part of the photo cropped with only the bulk of the trees occupying the upper part f the photo.
Oh, you mean to get rid of that patch of sky up top? I didn't think about that. Good idea. I had already cropped off the bottom portion where the street was a bit blown out. I wasn't quick enough with my setup to get the carriage closer to me. But I will try your crop idea too.

Upon further reflection, I think it was actually part of a gate assembly.

Musee de Louvre, those clouds made it look pretty apocalyptic.
Another long exposure. 4-minutes or so but too much cloud to give a decent sense of motion. Comments always appreciated.
