this was done in camera with a lensbaby omni wand (a kind of prism) held in front of the camera lens.

A properly focused but more conventional shot of an Indian Paintbrush. Still managed to keep the reds from blocking out. Other than correcting for normal Fuji Cyan bias, it's as it came from the camera.

Mr Nuthatch doesn't seem to mind the idiot with the camera. The sparrows hid in the bushes.

Oooft can you imagine wearing a mask made from Lego? I mean to be clear yes, we have all tried to make a Darth Vader or Optimus Prime mask from it at some point.... no? just me then? oh ok...Is LEGO not selling masks yet?
- but that would be scratchy as hell wouldn't it?Having said that, as we know standing on lego in the dark is universally recognised as being the most painful experience a human can suffer, then having a mask with these counter threat measures attached, that can be deployed at a moments notice should you suspect you are being followed could be handy.
Also, you can build a robot of spaceship from it while sat on your own in a coffee shop.

I used to build Transformers out of Legos, but not a mask. One of the best toys in history, and I'm glad to see my kids enjoy them so much. So I used this nifty contraption that I believe photographers call a "tripod." Normally, I'd just handhold a moonshot, but I wanted to try using the high-res mode to see if it would actually pickup more detail, and a tripod is required for that for the EM5iii. I can't really tell if it actually did any better.
Guess it's close enough to Halloween for this shot.
