At the feeder

This chick showed up at the feeder at the back of the house just a couple of hours ago. So I took her photograph.

Hey everyone, been awhile since I posted, good to be back. I'm on dial up now unless I go into town.

Found this little guy waiting for me one morning after a jog:

Ja,

This is an amazing photograph. Is there any way I could have full version or desktop size? I've never asked anyone, but this pic would be great b/c I have my dock and folders/files on the right. What settings did you use?

Cheers,
keebler

DUDE!!! Thats so freakin awesome!! and cute too.

Thanks! And yes, Decapods are incredibly awesome. :D

And here I become completely incapacitated if I have so much as one little piece of dust in my eye. Amazing detail. :)

Thanks! And that's a resize of the original crop. The original 100% crop is 1000x1500px. I love my macro lens! :D

Awesome! An Argiope aurantia, also known as a garden orb weaver or a writing spider. :)

Some random surfer taken in Santa Cruz.

Beautiful! Too bad you can't ID the surfer. Did you wait for him? I bet he'd love a print in exchange for a model release. I've done that quite a bit but never did anything this nice.
