Photo re-sizing

Basic question, had a photo sent to me that I wanted to make a hard copy of but when I clicked on print only the top of one person's head appeared on the hard copy, I tried down sizing but all that happened was I got a smaller picture of the same person's head. Not sure what program I should use or exactly what I need to do to get a correct sized print. Have both Kodak Easy Share and Neo Office to work with as well as basic text.

Try printing from Preview. To be clear, the program Preview, not the preview option in your word processor.
It will then show you a preview ( ! ) of how it will look before it prints it.
