Photo Stream 2.0 deleting photos from my PC

Like the title says. Windows 7 x64 Ultimate. When I delete a photo from Photo Stream on my iPhone, it also disappears from my PC. This is definitely new behavior. Anyone else? Thx.

Tested this yesterday and it does with me too...Im assuming thats the way its supposed to be?
