Photo Stream Manually?

thats a ridiculous thing i have faced or might be all of my friends too, but i dont know the answer of it.
my iphone 5 was on 18% battery and i click a picture, it was in camera roll but due to low battery it doesnt transfered to Photo Stream, now i have charged it fully but still its not going to photo stream, is there any way out to do so manually or something else?

You have to be connected to wifi for photo stream.

Select the photos and dump them in a photo stream album.

You can on your Mac if you have one. From your phone it will create a "shared" Photostream

Go into your album select the photos tap share then photo stream. Create a shareable album and add the people you want to see it/post to the web.
