Photo Stream on Windows is so problematic. Before the update (iCloud control panel) my photo Stream is broken on Windows 7. No matter how many times install/un-install it really doesn't work. Few days ago updated to iCloud 3.0 and now it works, I'm able to see my "Shared Photo Stream" and "Activity" folders but "My Photo Stream" is always empty", I wait few days and still empty and to my surprise this morning my PC temperature monitoring in alarm, I found the "ApplePhotoSteamDownloder" process in task manager hugging so much memory, see my attached screenshot.
On my Macbook pro and iMac my iCloud account is syncing very well including photostream.
anybody got the same issue? and how you fix it?
