Photo Stream Question

Can someone please explain to me how I can see my last 1000 pics via photo stream on my iPod Touch EVEN with WiFi turned off?

How do you expect to view them, without a data connection?

You need to download them to your iPod.

You would have to save them to your computer and sync them to your iPod through iTunes. Photo Stream requires some form of data so obviously without it it's not going to work.
